Major Commercial Projects Include-

The New Life Church is a super structure structural tent is a 34,000 ft.² clear span aluminum framed Windstorm structure that was built in 2024. This project involved bringing in specialized construction assembly crews from West Virginia and involve the workings of three cranes to erect the aluminum system. Complete with a concrete stage, heating and cooling systems, full electrical lighting, and a massive restrooms. This is the largest structure of its kind in the city of Corpus Christi. 

London Square Plaza 

London Square Plaza consists of a 30,000 ft.² footprint retail spaces which include a medical facility to restaurants a coffee house a med spa hair salon place of worship, a doggy grooming facility, pelicans snowballs, two clothing boutiques and insurance agency offices.  This property also has Astroturf in the center of the courtyard with a covered open stage. The plaza is a hub for the community situated right next to London iSD many families enjoy the atmosphere daily. This project took 12 months to build.

Kings Plaza

Kings Plaza is a revitalization project of the old Plato elementary school. It is in the development and planning stages for the school building to be redesigned into restaurants, coffee shops, Medical Offices and a Pickleball courts. The project will also have 50+ apartments built creating the live workplace atmosphere. This property is only three blocks away from the Texas A&M Kingsville campus.

22 Bed & Bath Retreat Center 

This project consists of a 22 bedroom and bathroom with a library and conference room. This structure was built using ICF (insulated concrete forms) with stucco finishes. This project took 12 months to complete.
